Relaxing Reading — Generator

Paste your passage in two languages. Generate a ready-to-use HTML file you can share with students.

1. Title

Shown at the top of the student tool.

This loads sample data so you can try the tool. Add your own title before downloading. You can skip step 2 below.

2. Passages

Paste the passage in both languages. The generator will split it into sentences and pair them up for you. TL = target language (what the learner is learning). L1 = learner's first language (used for reference).

The translation in the learner's first language.

You may need to make small adjustments after splitting.

3. Alternative reading version optional

A modified version of the TL passage — for example, with the first two letters of each word removed, or with blanks, or scrambled. The student can toggle between Original and your modified version in Reading mode.

Paste your modified version of the TL passage. Leave blank if you don't want a toggle.

4. Audio optional

Upload an MP3 file for the narration (max 5MB). It will be saved inside the exported file — no external links needed. Three ambient music tracks are already built in; students choose between them.
